The meeting was called to order at 2120, late as we worked on the raffle mailing before the meeting.
The Secretary's Report was read and accepted.
Budget requests - $125 for dues for South Branch Watershed Assn. made and passed.
Shows - Setup for the Raritan Center show arranged.
Communications - Manny Luftglass got all of the info from Bart on CJTU. He is very happy with it and article will be out very soon.
Conservation - Battenkill WSA asks for $50 for membership. Motion made and passed.
Web Site - emails will be set up shortly. Info for current issue shaping up.

Programs & Speakers - Bart & Lou & Flea Market Jan, Dr. Locandro on Global Warming Feb, Jonas Price on Five Creeks of Central PA Mar, Ozzie on Trout in the Classroom in Apr, Aaron Jasper on Methods of European Nymphing in May, Kelsey Burguess on Black Bears on the Fly in June (16, the third Tuesday b/o American Legion National Meeting 2nd Tues).
NLC - TU TV featuring Musky on Outdoor Channel 10 AM and 4 PM.
State Council - meeting Sun Jan 25.
TIC - Oz continues to astonish the crowds.
TU Merchandise - Motion to give away free hats to new members at show made and passed. We have over 100 hats.
Pequest Programs - Oz discussed programs for the coming year with tentative dates.
Trips - Hal and Stu have a few trips being planned for 2009. Stay tuned for further details.
MWA - Headquarters currently being painted.
Fly Tying - People are signing up.
New Business - Point System - John is revamping the point system.
Fly Tying at Effingers - Sat Feb 7th 10-2.
National Meeting this year is in Travers City Michigan,
